Base Access Form

In order to get on the base for an event, we need the following information at least 12 days before the event. This form is only for those who are 18 and older and who do not already have base access. If you have questions about whether you already have base access, please contact the Base Visitor Center (Pass and ID) at (619) 524-4200 from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. For all other questions pertaining to the event, please contact the MCRD Museum Foundation at (619) 524-4426. The information you provide will be submitted to the military police to conduct a background check in order to facilitate your entry to the base on the day and time of the event. Thank you!

Please bring TWO forms of government issued ID on the day of the event; including the one you gave information for above. You will not be able to get onto the base without it. On the day of the event, proceed to Gate 5 at the end of Washington St. Tell the gate guard that your name is on the list to attend the event and then you will need to show your valid, government issued IDs, and your current vehicle registration and insurance if asked for it.
